Returns & Refunds

We do hope you love your purchase however, If for any reason you would like to return all or part of your order it is easy to do with the following steps

1) Email us 

Please email us within 14 working days of receiving the order (jenny@jsloves.com). Please tell us your order number along with the reason for returning, and if you would like a full refund or an exchange. 

2) Package the items securely 

Please ensure when sending goods back to us that they are packaged in their original packaging and safe for transit.

3) Send the items back to us

Send the return items to 54 Barmoor Drive, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 5RG. You will be required to pay the cost of posting the return items to us. You can use a courier of your choice to do this. 

We would recommend getting a proof of postage or tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any return items that are not received. If we do not receive the goods you will not receive a refund. 

4) Once received your refund will be processed. 

As soon as we receive the return back we will issue the refund back to your original payment method, this can take up to 7 working days to appear.
